Urja is an iPhone app that turns Apple Watch data into one clear daily action, a reviewable plan, and evidence every 14 days. Apple Intelligence is optional and user-initiated: AI can only explain — every health number comes from Urja's deterministic engines.
Urja is a privacy-first readiness app for iPhone and Apple Watch. It turns the heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep a watch already records into one daily action, a plan reviewed every 14 days, and cited evidence. Every health number comes from deterministic, inspectable engines; Ask Urja, the optional user-initiated on-device assistant, can explain those numbers — plan-review summaries additionally pass a per-fact numeric validator. Health data is not uploaded to Urja servers. Optional Oura sync downloads data to your phone; PDF, CSV, and feedback leave only when you explicitly share them.
